The Voice is adding a fifth judge to the show: Shakira's nearly three-month-old baby boy Milan! The NBC show judge and new mom brought her son to work on Thursday, April 11.
The 36-year-old singer, who welcomed her first child with boyfriend Gerard Pique in January, shared a photo on Twitter of herself holding Milan on her lap while posing in a judges' chair on set.

In another funny shot, Milan looks very upset, and she joked, "Uh oh, I don't think he liked that performance!"

The Colombian singer told reporters in Paris March 27 that she's still adjusting to being a new mom. "I don't think I can even describe it with words yet. I'm very new at this, so I'm still discovering so many new things every day -- about him and about myself in this new world as a mother," she said. "It's full of surprises and full of excitement."

The busy mother also shared her post-Voice plans. "When I get back, which is going to be in July or August, I'm going to spend a little more time with Milan, my son. It sounds weird to say I have a son, but I do!" she joked. "Then I'm going to get back to the studio to make more music."
